We know it can be overwhelming at first, so read on if you could use a bit of help navigating Team Flower Community.
How to Search for a Topic
Log on to https://community.teamflower.org/
Click on the gray magnifying glass at the top right of the page
Type in a keyword or phrase (examples: bridal bouquet, smilax, flower crown) and click enter
Peruse through the topics to find one that answers your question. If none do, feel free to create a new topic of discussion!
How to Post a New Topic
Log on to https://community.teamflower.org/
Click the light gray "+ New Topic" button on the top right of the page
Write a descriptive title (ex: Mechanics for circular arbor, OR Sourcing gold compotes)
Choose a category that best suits your topic
Write your question or share your knowledge (You can include photos, links, and even emoji's!)
Once you're ready to post, click the green "+ Create Topic" button
How to Send a Private Message
Log on to https://community.teamflower.org/
Choose or search for a topic relating to your question
Click the photo icon of one of your fellow Team Flower members
Click the green "Message" button
If you'd like, you can add more users to the private message thread in the top slot - simply add their user name
Write a subject and your message (You can include photos, links, and even emoji's!)
When you're done, click the green "Message" button at the bottom and your message will send!
How to Access your Community Account
Log on to https://community.teamflower.org/
Click your photo icon at the top right of the page
Click the first line (there is a little gray avatar person and your username)
This is your Account page! Here, you can access your recent activity, your notifications, your private messages, and your badges, and you can manage your preferences
How to View Most Popular Topics
Simply visit this site: https://community.teamflower.org/top . There you will find the top questions both asked and answered.
How to View Member Birthdays and Anniversaries
Log on to https://community.teamflower.org/
In the top right hand corner, locate the icon with three light gray lines. Click the icon.
Look for the "Birthdays" link.
This will take you to a page that displays all of the current day's birthdays. To see tomorrow's birthdays, upcoming birthdays, or all birthdays, simply choose the appropriate button.
To view other members' Team Flower Anniversaries, click the "Anniversaries" tab at the top of the page.
How to Change Your Email Preferences
Log on to https://community.teamflower.org/
Click your photo or your initials in the top right hand corner.
Locate the preferences icon and click (see photo for what this icon looks like). This will take you to your Community account settings.
Here, follow the "Emails" button located on the left side of the page.
Change your preferences as desired.
If you are interested in a specific topic and would like to be notified by any activity (or vice versa), simply click the topic, scroll to the bottom, and change your status to "watching, tracking, normal, or muted."
How to Utilize Bookmarks in Community
If you find a topic that is particularly helpful and you want to keep it easily accessible, you can utilize the "bookmarks" tool.
Log on to https://community.teamflower.org/
Find a topic you're interested in. Scroll to the bottom of the thread and click the icon that looks like a bookmark. (See photo for example.)
You can also bookmark an individual response by clicking the same button under a members' response.
To see these bookmarked topics at a later date, log back into https://community.teamflower.org/. Click your photo or initials at the top right of the page.
Locate the bookmarks icon and click. This will take you to all of the topics/responses you've bookmarked.
How to Return to the Home Page
At any point, to return to the main home page, simply click the large "TEAM FLOWER" icon in the top lefthand corner.
