To ensure the best live experience possible, we recommend the following:

1. Make sure your browser is updated before the day of the event.

—Ensure that any browser you're using to attend the event is updated.

—When in doubt, install the Google Chrome Browser, which works well with a variety of applications, like our digital venue.

The digital event venue advises the following:

The latest versions of Chrome or Firefox guarantee the best experience. Please avoid Brave, Safari, Microsoft Internet Explorer or Edge since these browsers lack the modern web technologies support necessary for online events to run in a web browser.

2. Turn off or close out of any other apps or windows on your computer except for:

—The digital conference venue

—Your attendee booklet/packet (and this guide!)

—Your favorite note-taking app (or your favorite notebook and writing utensil!)

3. Have fun! Use the chat functions to introduce yourself, ask questions, and more!

—No matter what room you’re in within the venue, you’ll have a chat feature that allows participation without video or audio.

—If you’re in a small-group breakout session, feel free to join using both video and audio, just audio, or the chat feature. Whatever you’re most comfortable with!

If you have additional technical feature questions that are not answered in our Team Flower Digital Conference Guide, visit the digital venue help center here.
