Having Tech Issues Viewing the Main Stage Sessions?

First things first: To respect the educational experience of other attendees, please refrain from using the chat function for technology questions and try the remedies below first.

Here’s what to do:

1. Restart your browser.

2. Check your internet speed. You should ensure at least 10 mbps speed for the most reliable experience. To check your internet speed, visit fast.com.

3. If using speakers/audio output other than your computer speakers, check your cable connections.

4. Make sure your browser is up to date (if you haven’t already!) or download and use Chrome.

5. If needed, close all applications and restart your computer.

6. Lastly, if you've tried all the above and are still having difficulty, contact us via the direct chat button on THIS page (in the lower right corner of your browser window).
